Privacy notice
Peru Sourcing Partners is a specialist sourcing firm based in Lima, Peru. This notice explains what information we collect when you use perusourcingpartners.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and we keep it honest.
Last updated: June 2026.
What we collect
When you send a request or subscribe, we collect what you give us: your name, company, work email, country, the industry and product you want to source, and anything you write in the message field.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address and browser, used to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your request to reply by email, scope the work, prepare a vetted shortlist of Peruvian suppliers and send you a proposal. If you subscribe, we use your email to send an occasional brief on sourcing from Peru, and nothing else.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Legal basis
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent when you subscribe, and on our legitimate interest and on taking steps at your request before a possible engagement when you contact us about sourcing.
Who processes it
Your information is handled by us and by the service providers that host the site and deliver our email on our behalf, under instructions and confidentiality. Because we operate from Peru, your information may be processed outside your own country, with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep request information for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep subscriber emails until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To do any of these, write to [email protected] and we will respond. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
